  1. Located in Finlay Place, a laneway between two restaurants off Lygon Street, we are located inbetween Queensberry Street and Grattan Street. We are approximately 25 kilometres from the Melbourne Airport and you can either take the Skybus from the airport, or a taxi which will cost you between $45-50.

     One Bedroom Apartment: Rates include 2. Max Occupancy is 3
     Two Bedroom Apartment: Rates include 4. Max Occupancy is 5.
     Rollaway beds available for one extra guest at $35 per night subject to availability. Cannot be guaranteed for internet bookings. Please confirm rollaway / sofa beds directly with the property.

  Car Parking Facilities

  1. Secure onsite car parking is available at a nightly rate of $16.50 per vehicle, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY and must be booked in advance directly with the property. Carpark has allocated limited parking spaces.
     

  Cancellation Policy

  1. If you cancel less than 2 days prior to hotel local check-in time, or fail to arrive at the hotel, you will be charged up to the full amount of the booking made. This may result in a further charge being incurred and therefore a second credit card transaction appearing on your statement. If you cancel more than 2 days prior to the hotel local check-in time, or if you amend your booking, a fee will be charged in the currency in which your booking was originally made as per the below rates.
